    With the opening of BSUR Shanghai, we have expanded our international micro-network. Located at the DDWS (Dutch Design Work Space) in Shaanxi Lu, BSUR Shanghai will work on the creation and re-engineering of brands and brand communication platforms for international clients operating in or from the Asian region.

    Hubert van Wensen joins to lead Dutch account teams

    BSUR has appointed Hubert van Wensen (1973) as Client Services Director on all Dutch brands. Hubert is transferred to BSUR from Ajax, the famous Amsterdam Football Club, where he spent the past two years as their Commercial Manager. Before Ajax, Hubert managed his own agency New Message where he launched now popular brands like Suitsupply and their own lifestyle bicycle brand Johnny Loco. Hubert started his marketing and advertising career at Nestlé.

    After having run the global MINI account, Mia Drexl-Schegg has been promoted to client services director of the agency.
    Stein Janssen re-joined BSUR this month, after having been brand identity manager at De Bijenkorf - the Netherland's most prestigious department store. As the new head of strategy & business development, Stein will be one of the sr. unit leaders within BSUR, managing the strategic department.
    Remy Kurpershoek has been creative supervisor for a while now, being responsible for coaching and hiring creative talent for the agency and supervising all Dutch clients.

    joint venture of RTL and Vodafone expands

    Sizz, the joint venture between RTL and Vodafone has appointed BSUR as agency of record as from November 1st. We will develop the fully integrated communications in the coming years, in which we'll work together with existing specialists and partners.
    Frank Meijer, Manager Sizz: "We successfully introduced Sizz this spring as the mobile brand for young women. Now it's time to broaden the brand and establish a more permanent position in this very competitive marketplace. BSUR's vision on our identity and the durable and inspiring way of implementing this identity very much appealed to us".

    BSUR clinches a Silver statue at the London International Advertising Awards. The award was given in the Film category for “MINI Countryman Flow”. This global commercial has also been awarded at Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, One show, New York festivals, etc. We also obtained a nomination in the Film category for the MINI Rocketman Concept video. It sees the new MINI Coupé plunge into exciting adventures in Japan, Peru, South Africa, Sweden and Jamaica, in search of bizarre cultural stories.
